Frequently Asked Questions
Hi! This is meant to make the tattoo process easier, quicker, and more efficient. If you have additional questions, please feel free to either call Lucky’s Studio (179 Northampton St) at 413-570-4713, or e-mail me here.
How do I book an appointment with you?/When do your books open?
Check out my booking page for information about how to submit a tattoo inquiry! Please note that I do not accept inquiries until my books are open, at which point there will be a form available on my website for submissions.
Can I pre-reserve a piece of flash from Instagram while your books are closed?
Unfortunately, I don’t let clients reserve flash pieces while my books are closed. However, when they are open, you are very welcome to submit an inquiry to reserve one!
Do you do color tattoos?
When my books are open, I am currently only accepting inquiries for color pieces that are smaller than 4”-6”.
How much do you charge?
Please see my booking page for pricing! As a note, I am always willing to work with clients on a budget, as long as we both agree on it before our appointment. I offer several sliding scale appointments each booking round.
Do you do fix-ups/coverups?
Coverups/fix-ups can be very tricky, and there are many artists who specialize in doing them. The short answer is no - I am not one of those artists that truly enjoys doing coverups. I will very occasionally take coverups/fix-ups on a case-by-case basis, but I always want to be sure that I feel 100% confident that I will be able to give you a tattoo that you are happier with than what you came to me with. If I’m not confident that I can make that happen, I will refer you to another artist who may be able to help.
Can I bring a friend to my appointment?
Due to COVID-19, please check in with the front desk at Lucky’s to ask about our current safety precautions.
Can I have the same tattoo as a picture I found on the internet/a tattoo you have on your instagram/website?
I love when people bring inspiration photos! However, I can’t copy a picture that you bring to me out of respect for the original artist and original client (even if that artist is me!). I try to make each design unique for my clients, with the exception of some flash made for flash days or events.
